Coach Locate is a platform that connects individuals seeking coaching services with certified professional coaches. We facilitate the discovery and booking of coaching sessions but are not directly involved in the coaching relationship.

User Accounts

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Coach Verification

Coaches must provide proof of certification and undergo our verification process. We reserve the right to remove coaches who do not meet our standards.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false or misleading information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Payment and Billing

Platform Fees

We charge a service fee for facilitating connections between clients and coaches. Fees are clearly displayed before booking.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual coaches and clearly stated in their profiles. Platform fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Coaching Relationship

Important disclaimers about coaching services:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• Coaches are independent contractors, not our employees
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching
• The coaching relationship is between you and the coach
• We recommend verifying coach credentials independently

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
